Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product(s) you can email us using the Contact page to return the product and receive a refund. Refund requests must be received within 2 weeks of the delivery date of the specific product. In Houndsight LLC will pay the cost of shipping the product to our business address, or to be returned to the vendor depending on the issue, but the original shipping cost cannot be refunded.

Because of the way products are produced (print on demand), there is no way to do exchanges when you order through the website. If you purchase an item in person at our vendor booth then you can exchange that item at the booth, or mail it to our address for a refund.
